This home page, the links page (not complete) is dynamically inserted using PHP. The Bible pages are also dynamic and retrieved from a database, the pagination is implimented using PHP. The layout for this site is CSS mixed with tables and forms. The Search page pulls information from the database using PHP. The popups are run by javascript.
